wilso Posted May 23, 2018 Posted May 23, 2018 Hi Guys, I bought steam edition and have been playing on the servers for a month or so. i now get this error despite having the game installed and using the same key. i can no longer log on to play multiplayer, and have raised a ticket with support but still heard nothing back. Can anyone please help me out ? thanks

This means master server maintenance and updating. Give it time to settle (a couple of hours) and for 777 to get it straight on the master server. At present its telling me my password is invalid but it'll all sort itself out no doubt.

It usually takes at least a couple of hours to settle down before an update appears...also, don't forget to start your game using the launcher....NOT the shortcut on your desktop
Redeye Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 Same here. Saw the update for 3.003 today and bought Bodenplatte, which my account say is activated. However I am still unable to access, saying my user/pass is incorrect and that activation is needed. Sent a ticket, but hopefully it will sort itself shortly.

Poochnboo Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 I'm having thesame issue. And i can't even log in because the site is telling me "too many requests are being made from your I.P. address!" ?? What? Steam automatically updated my game, but no Spit or 109.
Redeye Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 Yeah- the game is updated. Got a reply in Facebook telling me to wait for server maintanence to finish. Just seems strange that most other people get in if that is the case. Either way, I play the waiting game.
Poochnboo Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 I also haven't gotten any answer that said that they recieved the ticket. Isn't that usually sent almost immediately. Don't know if they even got it it. Did you guys get, at least, that?

Redeye Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 It resolved itself on my end finally. Don't know if it matters but I logged OUT and back IN to the Il2 account here on my user account.
