Nvidia 4K settings for better dot visibility

Hi, getting back to the game and need advice about settings for Nvidia card setup and in-game setup to see dots better.

 

At this moment playing on everything full with 60 fps, but problem is that on Berloga, planes dissapear and come back against clear sky in the situation where I can see their profile clearly, like "oh that is yak". In single player I do not have same problem. Online I clearly see planes to pop up in less than 10 km range.

 

Any advice?

It's A game bug . Well I hope so , I've seen targets pop into view then disappear again . Might have some thing to do with Net code too but don't quote  me on that .

Well, it doesn't happen in FullHD resolution. Only on higher res and it is unplayable like that

Happens in full hd  1080 x 1920
