Make it quicker to filter planes when choosing plane/unit in new career

Explanation of proposals:

When you're creating a new career and choosing your unit you can filter the units by the plane(s) you want to fly (in attached image it's the Filter Phases and Units by Plane section). If you want to look at different planes and units it's time consuming to have to manually check or uncheck each plane.

 

In other interfaces this is commonly made easier by doing one of these:

 

• Add a "Select All" and "Select None" option so we can easily select or unselect all planes and then click the one we want.
  
  -and/or-
   
• Allow some extra key like ctrl+click which when you select a plane would unselect all other planes. Doing ctrl-click again on the plane you've previously selected would reselect all planes. Normal click without ctrl would still operate as normal.

Benefits:

Better user experience, faster to review planes and units.
