40% OFF Victory Day Promo Code problem.

Hi, I was looking to purchase BoS and waiting for a special deal (I am unemployed at the moment.. so have to save money where ever I can!). I saw the offer of 40% off so logged in here but the promo page states "There are currently no Promo Codes available for your account."

 

I am a IL2: CLoD player usually so wanted to try BoS especially because of the VR support.
