Steam/DVD - Questions

Hi,

 

I would like to know if a DVD could be released in the future?

 

I know you need steam for the game, but an initial download and having a nice boxed version in my collection could be really nice.

PS: I know there is a DVD collector version, but it is so old… Would like something fresh from Team Fusion and 1C.

I do agree that it is nice to have a physical copy of the game ( I have the collectors edition with the cloth map etc ) but I don't think we will see may more in the series with a DVD release. It is probably much more cost effective to just have a downloadable version of the game moving forward.

Unfortunately it just does not make economic sense to release a DVD.

 

All of TF's releases will be DLC's.

Will the DLC be playable standalone or they will require  original  Clod Blitz ???? Thank you for answer .

Future DLC's is an update for Blitz install, not standalone game.

 

Today an DVD version don't make sense, but maybe for "collectors" an payware downloadable/printable contend with map, key map, "strategy" guide...  the things that usually are included in "special" editions.
