problems with losing weapons fire bindings

With last patch, it happens on random (to me), that my binding for firing weapons does not work in MP.

When this happens neither keyboard nor stick produce the wanted result. If I go to keymapping il2 detects binding ok, but if I want to make them functional again, I need to go to exit server go to quick mission and then it works again.

Did anyone else experience anything like this? Or am I hitting some key combo that I do not know? Thx
