Buildings and trees that flicker or sparkle?

I play with Oculus VR and I general all is well but I do have a common problem with buildings and occasionally trees flickering or sparkling   Is this something that can be solved in settings? I might add I use Oculus Tray Tool when I play.

I get this just on my monitor, especially when I zoom in. It doesn't have much of an impact for me, its usually borderline imperceptible, but its distracting when I try to spot enemy aircraft.

If there's a quick fix for this I'm all for it. I guess you could just make a note of what your settings are now and just change one setting at a time and see what happens.
