dburne Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 (edited) Not sure if a bug or not, but thought I should mention this. I have noticed in my Spitfire Kuban Career, whenever my flight gets a ground troop cover mission the following happens: We fly to the target area, to protect the ground troops. We then fly ( following my flight leader), circles around this area - several times. Eventually we get a mission objective competed message ( with no enemy ai activity), and our flight heads home. Keeping an eye on the large map with icons on, about the time we reach our home airfield and start our landing approach, it will show enemy ai at the original target area. By this time we are several miles away back at home airfield. We land and get mission accomplished message. I can not say for sure this has happened on every ground troop cover mission I have flown, but it sure seems like it has. It appears like the enemy ai does not trigger until we are approaching our home airfield to land. Edited May 7, 2018 by dburne
BOO Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 There was a suggestion this could happen if you started the mission in flight.........but you don't strike me as a shortcut kinda person!! :-)
1CGS LukeFF Posted May 7, 2018 1CGS Posted May 7, 2018 These reports don't mean much without the mission files attached.
