madden Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 (edited) The price is a bit high. I find 1080 less than 500 € or 480 €. I hope a significant drop in price of this 1070. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Appvalley Tutuapp Tweakbox Edited May 20, 2018 by madden
Jade_Monkey Posted May 6, 2018 Author Posted May 6, 2018 GPU prices have been on a roller coaster ride lately. I got this GPU for $630 a couple of months ago, so thats $130 that I'm knocking off from an unused card. Also, just to be clear, this is the 1070TI, not the regular 1070.
BeastyBaiter Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 A new 1070 TI from newegg costs $510 USD with free shipping. Ebay for a "new, other" 1070 ti is $450-ish after shipping. GPU prices are also in free fall. Give it a month and that card will be worth $350, another month and it will be worth around $250 (thanks to 1170/1180).
Jade_Monkey Posted May 6, 2018 Author Posted May 6, 2018 (edited) I didn't do a ton of research, just checked teh EVGA page where I bought it from and it was priced at $589 + shipping. Also, I am open to offers, just send me a PM if interested. Edited May 6, 2018 by Jade_Monkey
dburne Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 Fwiw, if you don't get any offers from here, I had good luck selling my EVGA 1080 FTW on an Ebay auction, got about what I had paid for it. However it was when the mining craze was pretty strong also.
Mitthrawnuruodo Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 Right now, it's not a bad price ($89.99 + shipping below Newegg) for a card that is close to a 1080 in real-world performance. However, I'm not surprised that some people are apprehensive.
Jade_Monkey Posted May 6, 2018 Author Posted May 6, 2018 Just posted it for 450 in a different site i visit, so I'll match that here.
