using ICDP excellent template as my template - I started to customize it

 

I don't do Nazi planes - but there are many Allied captured Bf109 I can use , this one is based on a real life RAF Bf109

I've got the matt/gloss alpha setting and mapped the skin as well, it is great to work with such a well prepared template

have still to add D-DAY stripes under the wing, this Bf109 was flown by the RAE Farnborough

Hi Tom.  I just uploaded a fixed version of my 109E7 template with a fixed cowling hinge.  Nothing major but check my template links and description here.

now working on the contrast - the alpha template was redone and both templates edited so that is has the  improvements that  ICDP added

the camouflage is  based on a few good photos I found of several Bf109 that were flown by the RAF
