Barkhorn1x Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 I see the bug lists but don't see any acknowledgements. Do we just have to wait for the release notes to find out if somethings been fixed? I ask as I have an issue when I press the ~ key to access the comms menu * my view get's frozen and cockeyed for a second. Yes I use TrackIR and I see that the issue was reported as a bug. * Have to say that in an otherwise well designed and executed sim I just fail to understand why the comms menu wasn't a port of the Il-2 set-up. You know, the set up that every flight sim vet has memorized? Just odd.
THERION Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 Yes and No: - No, they usually do not acknowledge the bugs reported - Yes, they fix them in order of priority and one has to find out in the release notes Perhaps I'm wrong and if so, please excuse my ignorance. 1
ShamrockOneFive Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 That's pretty much right on @EAF_T_Therion. I think this question was asked during the Q&A too and the answer is that they are taking notes, they do listen, and that bug reporting section does get looked at frequently. They don't have time to always respond right away or respond there. Usually the response is when they fix it. Not entirely ideal but also understandable given that they are a tiny development team compared to many other titles out there. Report away. It's not a useless exercise. They do listen. 1
SCG_motoadve Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 In the Russian forums there is always more interaction with the developers, makes sense they speak Russian 1
