How to tranport in TAW with the he111 "transport"

we are just doing CM because we flied 15mins and nothing more, do we need to do something after the landing like opening the bomb bay and unload the cargo (just like the ju52)? landing and leaving doesnt work, (100% fuel, no bombs and no mods) becouse the supplies dont get in the AF

No, you should be fine with just leaving. One more thing to consider is this:

"You must takeoff from an airfield damaged less than 40% and successfully land on an airfield damaged more than 0%."
