I cant relate to any of what you say, especially since I manage to drop folks with single shot most of the time with M1, K-98 or StG44. But I guess difference is that I did play it, while you didnt.

Being a nice and enjoyable FPS in many aspects IMHO the main disadvantage is the unrealistic availability of transports of any kind. Transports fast as sports cars and indestructible except direct hits. Crash with 60 km/h against a tree - no damage at all. No problem to fly 20 m and so on. So this WW2-FPS again is victimised to please the "jump and run" kiddies not willing to play a simulation. Grab a truck and three buddies, cross the front line nearly anywhere and ruin the positions and planning of the other side from behind. If you die, just do it again - soo much fun. As long as these kid-gamer elements remain sadly it's another shooter with WW2-coating.
