Server connection issues

Anyone else having server connection issues since latest patch yesterday? Normally MP works pretty flawless for me, but since the patch yesterday I've been getting some strange issues. Everything will work smoothly until I get near other players, then I'll start getting intermittent lag. Also I will get booted off randomly. Checked my connection for packet loss and jitter everything tested OK.
