=OPFR=ColNinny Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Does anyone have any ideas about how to resolve this issue? I've left a ticket with Steam but there appears to be no response. Apparently my new email address and colninny file is in Russia! Cannot open account, cannot sign in, cannot change password, it does not recognize my phone number either.

=OPFR=ColNinny Posted April 25, 2018 Author Posted April 25, 2018 Thanks, phone number was jacked also and Steam's responses to me were getting jacked as well. 5 days later I have the system up and running. I was actually contacted by Steam Support by phone today after finding alternate methods to contact them. They were very helpful and resolve d the issue promptly.
