My pilot's and my wingmen's communication is incorrect

Brief description:

In career, the radio communication from my pilot and AI often seems to be from the incorrect person or the communication doesn't work as it used to.

Detailed description, conditions:

The  problem seems to be that my pilot calls out commands that my wing men should be calling out. And it seems as if my pilots commands don't always work when they should, or at all sometimes. These did not happen prior to 3.001.

I've been flying a Yak1b / 7b career in Kuban, but I've seen the bugs in other careers too.

Examples:

  1. My pilot sometimes calls out commands as-if I'm the flight leader when I'm not. In my last mission my pilot called out the "Follow out your mission" command when I was just a wingman. My flight leader was still flying I think. I tried to see if I could give a command myself and I couldn't because I was a wing man so it definitely shouldn't be my pilot's name saying the command.

  2. My pilot sometimes calls out "Enemy destroyed" when my wingmen were actually responsible for the kill.

  3. My pilot no longer asks for confirmation to land at all. Nothing. And at the end of the mission it always says "Forced Landing".

  4. I'm not sure if this one's related or if it's a feature, but my pilot will sometimes call out distant enemy plane locations before I've seen them. AI pilots used to call out far away planes, but my pilot would only do if I'd actually seen them or if I was engaging the plane (or them me). When my pilot says plane locations on the radio before I've seen them it ruins the hunt.

TL;DR - It seems like the wrong names are shown for communication and that some parts of communication are broken (e.g., my pilot not requesting landing)

Sustainable playback conditions (if any, you have, need Step-by-Step description)

Unfortunately, it's an intermittent (but frequent) experience, so I don't know how to replicate it aside from flying missions and watching who the radio communication comes from.

Additional assets (videos, track. screenshots, logs):

I included a zip of my last Missions folder where my pilot called out the flight leader's command. Not sure if that helps for this case or not.

Anyone else seeing any of these examples?
