Troubles with lodgitec xtreme 3d joystick

Since the last update this joystick is unusable. Whenever i start a mission i'm looking at the sky. the joystick does the opposite of what i configure it to do. Cant realiably look around at all. I've tried every combinations of settings that i can think of and nothing works. Anyone have any suggestions?.
