Map of Bodenplatte

When i bought IL-2 BoS steam version, with discs, i found two posters. One of them is a nice poster with planes, and silouettes. The other one was the whole Stalingrad map. 
My question is: Can we expect the same when Bodenplatte comes out?

No, because there's no retail copy planned to my knowledge.

 

However you will likely be able to get a high res copy of the in game map at some point, which you could have printed.

I had no clue this game even came in a physical copy.  Did the box have sick cover art and openable flap showing gameplay features or whatever?

When i opened the box there was two posters. The one with the map of Stalingrad with identification silouettes, with Heinkels in formation on the other side.
The other poster had '109s, other side has medals.

I think they did away with physical copies since the release of Stalingrad. I dont think Moscow and onward had any physical copies made.

Only BOS came as a disc. Jason clearly stated, that he doesn't plan to bring any other title as a disc again.

I almost miss sneaking a new flight sim in the house sans box...the good ol days.

Bubi there's a thread where I've posted some high res versions of the map, search for "map PDFs" and you should find it.

 

I'm sure I'll add Bodenolatte when it comes out.

 

(the full maps are artifacts of the processing I do to turn them into tiles for use by il2missionplanner, so I have them handy anyway)

"Oh, it's something that's been lying around for ages. I can't remember how long I've had it...".

I've even managed to do that one with a 1:32 scale model of an Apache helicopter, probably my best one yet!!
