Who is operating the guns on the ships, submarines?

At the moment nobody is operating these guns. On the ships submarines and barges the guns or machine guns all move like robotically controlled. 

My kind request to devs, please add the crew that is operating those guns. Add also a person behind the control wheel of the barges. It make a big difference for the visual immersiveness.

Think they are working on that. Currently they have the mechanics of whether a gun's gunner woulda been shot or that sort of thing.
