AH_Olds Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Hello! I purchased Battle of Stalingrad in December, and just purchased Battle of Moscow on Friday. When I went to complete the purchase, an error message was generated. It said an email would be sent to Customer Support, and it also had the message that the purchase was completed successfully. The order ID code did not show up in the Purchases tab, even though I received an email stating that the purchase was made. I sent an email, suggested on the FAQ page, explaining the problem, but received no reply. As of Monday, I still did not have the link to the download. The payment at the bank showed pending. I sent an email to 1CGS, who did reply that they had not received payment confirmation of enrollment, and they would contact me when they heard from the bank. My bank said that they had sent the requested information to them, and did not know what other information they would need. They stated that by today (Tuesday), if the purchase went through, it would show a hard post to the account. If if did not, it would disappear. It posted today, they now have my money, but I still have no game. I sent another email this afternoon, asking if the problem was resolved. I also made a phone call to the number that was listed on the draft at the bank. I have not received a response to either. I am starting to get very frustrated with this, as I have spent $40 for a game I did not receive. If this is not resolved soon, I will have to work with my bank to get my money back. I would not have expected service like this from this company. If anyone can help resolve this, it would be appreciated.
Haza Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 (edited) AH_Olds, Firstly I'm not affiliated with 1CGS so can not speak on their behalf, however, I'm sorry to hear about your issues. That said, I have made numerous credit card transactions (in excess of 20) with them from their web site and I've never had an issue, although it doesn't help you, but might assure you that this is not the norm from my experience. Therefore, bearing in mind that there might be a delay with time differences etc (I'm sure that HQ is in Russia), I would either reply to the original email they sent or raise another ticket using your previous ticket number as a reference if your issue is not resolved within the next 24 hours. However, to keep you busy while you wait, I would be happy to gift you a collector aircraft of your choice, so at least you can be distracted trying out a new toy and hopefully the time will fly by (no pun intended). Anyway, let me know if you would like an aircraft and in the mean time just hang in there as it will get sorted, I'm sure. Regards Haza Edited April 11, 2018 by Haza 4

In addition, I wouldn't consider that you are taking anything, as hopefully in MP, it would allow you to be able to play other things, thus allow you to contribute more!! I've never had any issues doing any transactions through their webstore (and I've bought everything on there) but when something like this crops up its pretty much 100% a support issue that has to be taken care of. Has to be fixed in the database. I've heard of this happening before and when support does get back to you on it it should be fixed promptly. Hang tight if you can.

The P40 and CMC202 are applicable to BOM. The La5 and FWA-3 are applicable to BOS. The Spit and the Hs129 are applicable to BOK Therefore, if you have purchased the premium versions you get the 2 additional planes for that respective game, if you have only purchased the standard game you do not get these additional aircraft. I believe that the Ju52 can be played on any game and is a stand-alone purchase. I believe that the Yak 1B is also a standalone aircraft that might only be available for the Stalingrad map on-wards for that time-period. In addition, the La5FN and BF109 G6, I'm unsure if they can be used in BOS and BOK or just BOK onwards. However, hopefully somebody might be able to correct me. Therefore here is the following link is the collector planes as it is not always that easy to find on the various pages. https://il2sturmovik.com/store/collector-planes/ Lastly, as the sale is now over, there is no rush for you to decide on which aircraft you would like if you are unsure, as to be honest I would sooner you pick something that you would probably use, rather than something that would just stay in the hangar. Haza, both of my games are premium editions, so the only plane I would need would be the Spit, which I would use. I can wait until the plane is on sale again. No hurry. Thank you again for the offer.
