FFB Joystick ini. settings?????

I've lost track of a thread that described a way of increasing the settings of the MS FFB joystick in this section of the Forum.It has disappeared from "followed Content" after I received the newest posting & before I could copy down how to reset these settings.can someone please point me to that thread? Thanks!
