Changing out pilot models

There are a lot of USAAF and RAF skins for the American and British built planes in the sims. But, of course, you'll still have that Russian pilot flying your plane. Would it be difficult, I wonder, to make it possible to switch pilot models. You would pick the P-40, for instance and then go to the pilot menu. Three choices. Russian, RAF , USAAF. You check the USAAF box and start the mission. There is an American pilot pilot sitting in the airplane, now. 

  Obviously, British and American pilots are being bulit for the Bodenplatte release. Could you make them available for the P-40, P-39, A-20 and Spitfire Mk5? Just a thought.
