fran1942 Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Hi I just went to purchase Battle for Moscow on Steam but it does not say it supports VR for the HTC Vive ? Can someone please confirm if it does ? Thanks kindly.
Habu Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 (edited) Yes. Battle of stalingrad, battle of moscow, Battle of kuban and the future Bodenplatte are the same game, wich add different map. Edit : LukeFF answered as i wrotte my answer. Edited April 7, 2018 by Habu
SAG Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 isnt battle of moscow a DLC on steam and not a full game?
[APAF]VR_Spartan85 Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 I believe it states for steam Battle of Stalingrad is first required in order to have the other expansions/dlc/planesets direct from dev website you can start with any

Yes on steam it's a dlc, but in reality, it's a full game, because there is only one game. Everyone has the same installation (which contain Bos + BoM + BoK, even if you bought only one), but the acess to the content you bought is limited by your account. It's why you can play in the same game with player which have another game. For exemple : Player A bought Battle of Stalingrad. Player B bought Battle of Kuban Player B go on the PC of Player A. He run the game from Player A PC and use his account, and he can play on Kuban on the PC of Player A who bought Battle of Stalingrad. That's why you can buy Stalingrad on steam and buy the other game on the dev site.

Habu Posted April 8, 2018 Posted April 8, 2018 (edited) If you buy Battle of Moscow on steam, then, as for every game on steam, you download the game and the update from steam. But on steam you must have Battle of stalingrad, if you want to buy battle of moscow. You can't buy Battle of moscow without battle of stalingrad, which is not the case on the dev site. It's a limitation from steam. The problem on steam is that they are no kind of product which are at the same time a full game and an addon. That's why it's a DLC, and as a DLC you must have the first game. So if you want only Battle of Moscow, you have to buy it on the dev site which is better because there are more money for the dev. If you buy Battle of Moscow onthe dev site, you can play it as a single game without buying any other game. Edited April 8, 2018 by Habu
