=FEW=Hauggy Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Hello! I hope someone can help me because it seems that everytime I launch my game I need to setup my controls completely over and over, I won't save my Joystick controls. I tried making a save but when I try to load it, well absolutely nothing happens. Any idea how to fix that so I don't spend more time setting my controls up than playing? What is wrong with this game I don't think I ever had this issue prior to Blitz, after the 4th time doing this I start being tired. Could it be because I unplug my stick (X52 pro)everytime I don't use it?
69thSpiritus Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Windows 10? Try keeping your joystick plugged in or if you do unplug make sure you plug it into the same USB port.
=FEW=Hauggy Posted April 7, 2018 Author Posted April 7, 2018 (edited) No sir Windows 7 64 bits. I'll try that next time i feel like doing those again. Edited April 7, 2018 by =FEW=Hauggy
69thSpiritus Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Never heard of this problem in Windows 7. Are you saving your controls in game once you set them? Make sure you are saving them in the correct folder, not on desktop or anything else. Then copy that .ini and save it as a backup.

You have STEAM Cloud enable for CloD? Because if have and don't use this feature correctly every time you start the game will be loaded the default (and 'borked') controls profile. Other possibility is that your Windows UAC user rights are not allowing save changes .INI files in Documents\1c... wheres controls assignment is saved (file ConfUser.ini). And another: Unplug/plug joystick can make Windows give then a new ID number that don't match the previous saved by game controls. Mine are plugged 24/7/30/365 and I never have issue in this matter. =FEW=Hauggy Posted April 7, 2018 Author Posted April 7, 2018 Alright the thing is the Steam cloud is enabled. I have a ton of USB ports and surely switched to another a couple times. I have redone all of my controls and im not unplugging my stick just in case. Hopefully I'm good now. Thanks guys!
