TNK4 Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 (edited) Bought the game today (steam), made an account on the website, activated the keys, but whenever I attempt to log in I get the errors attached in the screenshot. Contacted support and they gave me a list of things to do: Before authorizing: - check the settings of the Security (antivirus, firewall, UAC ...) Make sure that they are not blocking the exchange of data with the server - make sure that the update is successfully completed - make sure you have Administrator privileges for your Windows account - make all the game ports in the exceptions your router and security tools Authorization requires ports 80 and 443. Multiplayer mode uses TCP – 28000, UDP – 28000, Downloader Port (TCP) – 28100. - try to use direct cable connection to PC - perhaps it makes sense to update the router firmware Did all of that, still doesn't work. I've looked at other forums posts that have suggested a wide array of things, but nothing has worked. As you can probably tell it has gotten a bit frustrating at this point - can anyone help me? jasta11ace Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 I own BOS, BOM, Kuban, pre-purchace Bodenplatt, and this has been happening to me for the last 8 months. Nobody seems to have a consistent answer to a solution. I've done the "phony password" trick and then re-enter my real password, and it launches. But that is annoying every damn day. This needs to be fixed.
