[.ID]Rio-06 Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Hello, I have a purchase issue, did a double purchase while only getting one set of products (Collector Planes). My first transaction attempt returned an error, but it turned out that the first one was actually billed. I've contacted support and even send a ticket, but haven't heard from them again after a week. Is there anyone here that can help with this issue? Thank you

[.ID]Rio-06 Posted April 3, 2018 Author Posted April 3, 2018 I bought 109 G6 and Yak 1b. I've sent extra follow up email and opened another ticket few days back, but still no response. How long does it usually takes for support to contact back?
Mesha44 Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 I would give them a few days more to sort it out. With BoK out they my be getting a high number of tickets. You should look also at what options you have with your payment method. If you paid with a credit card you normally have 30 days to contest a charge so check that out and keep that date in mind.

Yeah, already contacted my credit card provider. But they say I need to sort it out with the merchant for now.
