Jsgme Desactivate?

If I have activated some mods in the Jsgme and then, I want to play with some friends without mods, do I have to:

A. Deactivate all mods from the Jsgme and then, start the game and untick the Mods square. Restart the game.

or

B. Just untick the Mods square because it is not necessary to deactivate the mods from the Jsgme. Restart the game.

I would go with B, but if you have any mods (like my voicepack) that dont need mods on mode, then they would still work in multiplayer

Definitely B is the way to go. No matter if you disabled the mod in Jsgme, you have do disable  the MOD ON option every time you want to play without mods.

I was afraid because in the Old IL2 1946 if you touch the mods in the Jsgme with the game running ... the whole installation was ruined
