"Mission description is loading."

Hello,  First, I want to compliment you on your latest release, the Battle of Kuban – it’s wonderful!  I'm experiencing a problem when trying to open many missions into any of my Battle of... 

The mission never opens up and all I get is a message saying: "Mission description is loading." More than half of the missions I've tried to use do this. The missions I'm trying to use I've downloaded from the Forums or websites that specialize in IL2 Sturmovik. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong or how to install these missions?

You've done nothing wrong, it's just that those missions haven't been updated to work with the new version of the game yet.

Many have been updated to 3.001 compatibility by creators with links in the original topics

 

instruction to update most manually are available in missions section
