yesterday I bought the battle of kuban, I paid by credit card, the transaction was successful, I also received the email with the invoice of the payment. but I still did not receive the game battle of kuban, I tried to contact the assistance service using the special button, but I have not received any response. now more than 24 hours have passed and still nothing. what should I do? because they do not answer me. yet I have already paid. I am desperate someone can help me? I thank everyone and I apologize for my bad English, but I use a translator.

2. Have you checked for a key in your profile? It’s kind of unintuitive.

what is your nationality Daxnilo ? perhaps someone can answer you in your language, it will be easier ;) don't be desperate, there's always a solution ;) good community here :good:

You don't need to install anything.

Do you have BOM or BOS already installed? If so, just log in and the content should be available to you! Otherwise: check your spam folder, usually they reply within 24h but sometimes it takes a little longer.

I have the same issue ,money taken receipt sent out to me but no battle of kuban ,no key and nothing added to my account profile.

sent 2 e-mails no reply ,its been 2 days for me ,brought bok on friday at 8 pm gmt ,not sure whats happening maybe bank holiday but its shocking service.

Its left a bad taste in my mouth now not sure if i will buy direct from the site again now.

No issues at all buying bos and bom through steam.

Not resoved for me yet and i brought the thing friday last week ,only just got a response today ,they are waiting to hear from the operator to confirm payment as it didn't go through.

I phoned my bank and they say the moneys sitting there pending.

Will not buy direct again ,will wait for it to be added to steam next time.

Salutations,

 

All of my game purchased have been bought direct. Includes BOS, BOM, KUBAN. Along with Blazing Steppe and Ten Days of Autumn. I Experience absolutely no problems with any of them. I strongly suspect that the problem is on your end of things somewhere.

my issue is now resolve and i can jump in and take to the skies ,tally ho.
