Grey sky when overcast?

Can anyone do this mod?

Overcast ,when you are under the clouds, the sky looks blue above , and also you have plenty of shadows like if it is sunny.

So a grey sky when looking up , should be the correct color.

Will it be a difficult mod?

Will it change the color in all weather conditions to grey or is a way to do it just for overcast?

No, you're talking about the lighting and render engine now.

That's beyond a 'mod' which is limited to swapping texture files or when/if a file is activated.

 

Edit...skydome color could change if that texture was accessible, but that still wouldn't alter what you'e talking about.
