Odd error with 'seasonal' display of mission objects

I've noted an odd error with the display of certain objects in game when I'm first creating a new mission. I will set the map, the GUI map and season in the general mission properties boxes before starting to build, then import any groups I want, change parameters to how I generally want things then change weather conditions. All this is how I've been doing missions for a good long time. What is different is that when I then go into the mission to check things I find that some objects - notably revetments on airfields and land canvas objects at the moment - have a winter 'skin' in summer and have snow and ice all over them. The only way I've found to get around this at the moment is to then group all the mission objects - save to import/export group - delete the mission, create from new and assign the weather straight away then re-import all the mission objects.

I'm just wondering whether it is just me experiencing this issue and a ME reset command might sort it or whether it is something that more folks are experiencing.

It had happened to me too, it seems that it’s a bad loading of terrain . Save your mission with a different name in order to do your experiments. What I did is to load a different map without touching any of the missions elements, e.g. mission is on Kuban and I load Stalingrad, save it, exit FMB, open it again reload mission and change map to the original. I don’t know if it’s the best procedure but at least it worked.

You don’t have to run the mission to see if it changed, use the camera to go over the items and see their colors.

Kuban airfield ground textures have disappeared and the Kuban Autumn pre-set will not stick.
It keeps reverting to Lapino Summer and is pissing me the FK off.

I found that setting it in the .mission file using a text editor can help.

I'll give it a try - thanks.
