A-20 Alpha channel question

I have been working on a 20 Sqn RAAF Boston from 1943.  Those had the nose position loaded with guns and the glazing for that position was painted over.  It seem like I should be able to edit the front glazing transparency on the alpha channel, but I don't see any window areas on the alpha.  Do I just need to look harder at the alpha or is the solution to be found elsewhere?

 

This is what I have, it still needs to have the camo pattern reversed for this particular aircraft as well as figuring out how to paint over the glazing:

As far as I know it is not possible to paint any windows/glass/glazing.
