Random CTDs...am I the only one?

Just seeing if anyone is having this issue.  I can't find a reason for it.  Happens in Quick Mission/Career.  Any aircraft.  USUALLY when I'm changing views (cockpit view to External or vice-versa).  I do get stutters when a Radio transmission is played, but other than that my FPS is pretty acceptable...even in VR.  Most settings on High/Medium (Still crashes on lower settings).  I also have the micro-stutters when using the HUD or opening the Map.  That's normal from what I've read.

 

I've reinstalled Windows 10.  Re-downloaded the software.  Updated Drivers, etc, etc.  I AM running VR, too...Oculus.  Anyway, don't have a log right now but wanted to see if I'm just unlucky and no one is having problems.  I made the switch to VR about the time 3.001 dropped, so I don't know if it's the VR or the Update.

 

System:

Core-i7 3770K O/Ced to 4.2ghz

16GB RAM

GTX 1060 6GB VRAM

SSD drive

Windows 10 (updated)

Latest Nvidia drivers (as of March 27)

Thrustmaster T.16000M running a custom script.

I could write a whole book on all the circumstances that seem to trigger different kinds of game crashes (including CTDs of course). Though I seem to have got much less since v3.001

I've had a few CTDs lately, but I haven't pinned down what I'm doing to cause the crash yet. I had one on MP (WoL) when I checked the map and another when I entered the cockpit after starting a 1v1 quick mission in a Spitfire.

I even upgraded from Win7 to Win10 hoping to alleviate the issue.  No good.  I managed to fly a full Career mission with no crashes last night, though.  I did notice that the mission had no clouds (clear day), so I'm wondering if that might be causing issues.  No clue.

Nope...just had a career mission in an La-5 with a clear sky and crashed out of nowhere.  Wasn't changing views, wasn't looking at the map.  I've completed only ONE mission so far without getting a CTD.  Where are the log files so I can send one in?  Don't have anything in the 'Log' folder.
