New backgrounds for Career mode

Could have a background or 2 for Italian pilots or maybe even Spanish pilots. We have an Italian squadron over on Battle of Moscow and I think it should be full with Italian pilots with Italian backgrouds, maybe even Italian radio chatter. I just think that Italian background and a few portraits should've been there from the start, other than that, amazing job with the career, it's outstanding
