I made 3 requests for support in the WEBSITE but I did not receive an answer.I sent 3 emails to C1GS Support Team, but they always reply to me the same thing: send the support request to the website. The fact is that I bought the product more than 2 days ago, but I do not have the product. What a bad assistance. What should I do now?

Herne Posted March 26, 2018 Posted March 26, 2018 did you get email confirmation of your purchase ? Are you able to see the purchase in your transaction history for your credit card ? If you have submitted a ticket you will get an official response. Don't worry, it's only Monday after all. This isn't Blizzard with 24/7 support.

No response The 1C support says: "we have not received from the operator", your payment confirmation of enrolment. This is unacceptable!

sirshootsalot42 Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 (edited) Hi i'm having the same issue ,brought the game battle of kuban from the il2 main site ,no key or anything in my profile to say i brought it ,just the email receipt with order id. iv sent a ticket with receipt attachment and emailed the sales team its been 4 hours now no reply,was hoping to download tonight and have a blast but its not to be :{. wish steam had it up on their site ,moscow and starlingrad worked fine when brought through steam no issue's with any dlc . It allows to avoid all the Credit Card related authorisation delays and other shenanigans and gives you the key immediately (been there, done that last week when I bough my first BoX series product), like on Steam. I'm trying to activate BoK that I purchased here on my Steam account but they say my Key is invalid. Battle of Kuban isn't listed in the Steam store either. I don't like dealing with Steam but have no choice after investing a small fortune in Oculus Rift and complete high end computer system. I'd also like to be able to start the game non-VR in order to bind buttons & axis but haven't found an option for that. I've uninstalled and restored everything multiple times trying to get to a point where I can train in SP but the road blocks are much more than I care to deal with at this point in my life.
