Since 3.001 Multiplayer Broken can't join any server

Previously I've been able to join, day 1 patch I was able to play online no problem. Pass this post by if you're unsure, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one having this issue now. But the issue now has gradually gotten worse. I'm out on a limb here short of reinstalling windows. I'm completely unsure how to locate what's causing this issue. Here's a short list of things things I've tried so far -

 

I've checked the ports and I've verified they are open for this program. (ADV SEC)

 

Blew away IL2 folder in program files - unsure if there's any %appdata% left cache some where (Could not find any)

 

I've tried to trouble shoot by connecting on both the steam and the web-client install.

 

Can installing the steam client and Web client have made this worse?

 

I've even attempted to make a new windows profile to get this to work.  

 

Disabled the firewall
