#5: license key is not activated

Hey together, Im little bit in trouble with my IL2 license keys. I purchased the game via steam few weeks ago and I activated all keys on the website. It worked properly and i love the game, so I purchased battle of kuban on this website and activated the key as well, it worked also very well. But.....after 50h of playing and going into the campaign which is very nice, today i wanted to start the game normally but it says #5: license key is not activated. I spend lot of money in this game and cant play it now. Does anyone have an advice for this problem?

I would contact customer support about your problem, I have used them before and they sorted my problem out in a timely manner.
