Frontline Density Question

I'm looking for the most realistic experience, and I've set difficulty to moderate. My question is (I looked through some of the other threads on it), what has everyone settled on with frontline density as most realistic? 

Also, is frontline density ground AI or air AI?

I'm a Moderate Difficulty and Dense activity player. That is a comfortably "target rich" environment for me. I like to drop a bomb or two and strafe. I have not found a definitive answer to your question. During testing I initially thought it meant ground AI, but with each successive build I changed my opinion. I now think that it's both.
