Microsoft FFB Shakes all the time

Since the update, my FFB shakes all the time, even if slid all the way down.

It works fine in other Sims.

Win7 64 operating system.

Sometimes while in game I can cycle it on and off under input and it will work normally for a few flights.

 

Any ideas?

Same Problem here, MF FFB2 is Buggy as Hell...in this version.

Some times I have same problem but then I press ctr + alt +del and return to game. Usually this works immediately but some times it has to repeate few times.

My MSFF2 is working just the same as before the update.  Sorry to hear you are having problems

 

As always though, I sometimes need to reset the FF force% setting via 'input devices' (I use 60%), as sometimes the force increases randomly even though the slider setting remains at 60%.  I quickly reduce the slider the zero and then back up to 60% and all feels great and well again.

I use Alt-Tab with the same effect. Anyone having a sudden slow-down combined with excessive stick vibration is advised to do so. Maybe it helps.

Yes this works but sometimes it disturbs the game.

Two years later - same problem. Win 10, two different computers and MSFF2 joy sometimes (1 from 5 online maps) shake all the time from takeoff to landing. Sometimes help restart game, sometimes not. On the map with turbulence is game unplayable - restart never help.

My advice when using MSFFB Sidewinder in BoX is plug into a powered USB hub.
That solved all my problems.  Maybe it'll help you too!
