x52 joystick throttle range issue ingame.

Brief description: Throttle range in game is either 100% or 0% with no mid-range,  Windows and in game setting show working correctly.

 

Detailed description, conditions:

This only started 12 hrs ago and today's is the 20th March 2018, Throttle has no mid range option and just goes from 0% too 100% in an narrow axis band.

   Tried disconnecting and restarting with joystick unplug and checked in windows weather the joystick is working and it says it's OK' and all function are working 

   OK in device setting diag , also works fine in the setting page under engine throttle device binding but in IL-2  game but it dose not work properly,  however  was fine  the  day before. 

Tried deleting input folder and verify the game files to reset input folder, had a look for a file that have code for the in game action of the joystick,...no luck.

 Tried a number of google phrases to see if someone has the same issue,  also tried different aircraft and career and mission games.

   

                                                              Somehow the in game throttle range is faulty and and setting is OK,

I'm having the same issue with the same stick

I am using an X52 and not having that problem so it is not a blanket X52 problem.  Sorry, I cannot think of a solution.    In the past I have had problems where I could only go to 90% power or it would not fly straight even with full trim but I think that was down to the fact that the game calibrates the joystick during startup and I was moving the josytick during startup.  I now make sure my joystick is on my desk and centralised before starting BoX and no longer have those issues.

I think I fixed it by turning off cruise control in difficulty options

Hello all

Managed to fix the issue,   Its an option is difficult setting " cruse control",   if you are having the same issue as me you need to uncheck that option.
