indiaciki Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 I have been trying lots of aircraft teaching my 14 yo cousin to fly properly. ROF, IL2, x-plane. The A-20B is the by far the best one. Very close to GA even though she is a tricycle twin bomber. Well done 2
sdflyer Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 So did he learn yet which one is a critical engine ? 1
indiaciki Posted March 20, 2018 Author Posted March 20, 2018 (edited) He only flew single engine. Has yet to land. I am not going to be butal. My dad used to feather an engine once in a while when I was flying. It was a Duchess so no critical engine. He scared the shit out of me for the first couple of times. sdflyer Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 As far as I concern Beech has two critical engines LOL
indiaciki Posted March 20, 2018 Author Posted March 20, 2018 (edited) LOL I got over it I was young enough not knowing. just killed & feathered the left engine after TO. Landed just fine. A bit of trimming. Maybe the A20 is too easy ? Edited March 20, 2018 by indiaciki
indiaciki Posted March 20, 2018 Author Posted March 20, 2018 (edited) The Carendo Seneca II for X-plane feels more realistic. Edited March 20, 2018 by indiaciki
Nil Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 Good! and wait for the Po2... excellent Aircraft for base training! 1
indiaciki Posted March 20, 2018 Author Posted March 20, 2018 yep. I tried the other twins now. The A20 does not behave like she should with one enginge running. Will post later.
