4K available in MP servers?

Hi folks,

 

This probably seems like a really dumb question but can we use these 4K skins in lieu of the default skins on Servers like Wings of Liberty?  I know TAW enables custom skins but I mean, if I REPLACE the original skins with these ones would it display on WOL?

 

I'm more specifically thinking about the wings of liberty server where I fly around and see the low resolution textures on my wing because that's what default is at the moment

How exactly would you replace the original skin?  What file would you swap over?    I did not think there *was* a file you could amend.
