Career - plane leader and other AI did'nt take off

Hello,

First i love your new career mode !

I have many many times a bug on my career: plane leader and other AI did'nt take off.

I have correct subtitle message from airfield (Take off allowed) and leader say (cigogne take off) but do nothing (only light on).

Sometimes leader taking off but not other planes.

Career: russian 233rd IAP - 10/1941 - Airbase: Tushino

Confirmed, Tushino seems to be bugged.

#1, Flight leader, doesn't take off.

#2, Player, takes off due to lost patience after N minutes.

#3, Wingman to #2, follows #2 as soon as #2 starts the takeoff procedure, and collides with #1 in front of him.

Full squads can be doomed this way.
