Hi

I have seen it mentioned anywhere so I wanted to bring this to the devs attention.
Since the patch looking around with my delanclip and opentrack became extremely unintuitive.
Its borderline unplayable, is this intended? (i hope not)

Opentrack is working fine here, except with the "roll" issue mentioned in another thread. Is it possible for you to make a short video?

Guys, not sure about your menues for Opentrack - I use TrackIR 5 - but I guess you can change the settings

for YAW, PITCH and ROLL etc. seperately too?

So I suggest to work on those settings - I had to change mine a bit to get back to my used feeling.

All working fine with track ir5

I didn't have to change my settings except for disabling roll axis in TrackIR since that has been reversed when you look behind you. However I did have to lower Clouds quality one notch because the high setting caused a lot of stuttering while looking around. But the curves, profile, speeds, etc all feel the same as before for me.

Maybe your in game camera speed or smoothing has been reset.  Also make sure headshake is turned off.

There's a bug right now when you look back, the TrackIR roll axis is inverted.

I was just about to ask this. Was really messing with my head when looking behind and the roll is inverted, spent a solid 15 minutes trying to figure out why looking behind looked so strange :/

I can barely play the game with the roll axis as it is right now.

You can disable that axis in the TrackIR software.

I can attest. Using TIR 4 with current software. No issue until now, and only on the roll. It also detects slight roll where it shouldn't for some reason when looking around. Before now never had an issue. Even leaning is slightly biased right now but that's probably a personal thing.

Anyway, definitely have the same inverted roll issues, but it's also showing when the game isn't running. It shows when monitoring, don't know if that parts just me.

It's been discussed a bunch here in the tech support section of the forums:
