Trouble Joining Wings Of Liberty

Not sure if it's just me or more, but I have not been able to join wings about %85 of the time when there's clearly slots available. The screen goes black, mouse notifies loading - than back to normal. I have to hit enter to exit the black screen or wait a few mins. Is this prevalent to anyone else?

Yeah, this is a common issue, something to do with the game letting you load in before checking if other people are trying to get into the same space, and then booting you out again.

 

Multiplayer infrastructure in general needs an overhaul, so hopefully it'll come now that singleplayer has been comprehensively rebooted.

Just bumping this issue. It can be moved to bug reports or any other section with regards to client server issues. As stated before I've ran into this before but I'm running into this more frequent than before the update. Regardless, I think it could be something with the multiplayer drop screen not listing the proper amounts of players connected. Not sure if anything can be done about it. Just thought to post a video in case someone needs to stumble upon this.

Video description - The number of players listed for a the server rises and falls. But regardless of how many joins or leaves, I'm unable to join the server. If the number is below 50 sometimes I'm able to join. But sometimes the server lists 25 and I still can't join. But just posting this video as a visual description of the issue. It would be nice to read a dialog box as to why I'm unable to join a server(s).

I've went ahead and submitted a support ticket. Will let you know how it goes, in case anyone else is running into this issue as well.

No idea what's causing this still, some days I can connect about 3 times a day. Some days none at all. I've checked my ports..I'm stumped. About to change from Windows 7 to Windows 10 now.
