opentrack settings

good day fellas. I´m in a mess with my open-track settings, facing lots of instability. take a look at the screen shot.

perhaps some of you can help me

PS: i´m using a regular 10 bucks customized web cam.

Your problem is:

 

your cam is out of focus.

What are you using? I modified a PS3 cam and if you remove the IR filter it can get unsharp. I sanded down the plastic carrier of the lens, just a few tenth of a mm and that suffice for being in focus again.

Hard to say, except it does appear your camera is out of focus. Please provide some additional info on your set-up. Specific camera, tracking device, and IR or regular LEDs. Also, here is a link to the opentrack wiki. Lots of information on how to get started.
