Cowl shutters, mixture, RPM controls after 3.0 patch

First post as I am mostly a lurker.

I am a novichok to the game. ;P

I am trying to learn to fly Mig-3 because it looks awesome. 

Anyway, the air and oil cowl shutters don't work. Mixture and RPM controls don't work either. What is going on? These were working just fine before the patch and now I can't control my engine settings.
