deimos256 Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Let me first say that I do enjoy the new career mode, however with the departure of campaign mode, I am really missing the ability to jump into a randomly generated mission. I know there’s the quick mission option but that doesn’t seem to go beyond placing opposing planes on a spot on a map, or am I missing something? Is my only option to build single missions myself if I want to go beyond a basic dogfight encounter? 1

They plan to put some of the old campaign missions back in at some point as single missions. I myself am all about SP, and with the new Career and the scripted campaigns, along with PWCG I have more than enough for what I want. I use the Quick Missions mainly for just testing and learning new aircraft. Edited March 16, 2018 by dburne

deimos256 Posted March 16, 2018 Author Posted March 16, 2018 Well supposedly the outgoing campaign missions may get rolled over into Quick Missions, which would be perfect since each mission was essentially a mission generator. I would've thought such a function as a mission generator would've been kept in the game somehow.
