Career Mode: Quick Look and First Impressions

Just a quick look at the new career mode. Maybe some of you guys are still stuck somewhere and didn't have a chance to check it out!

Thanks Maurox.  I can't get my game updated, so I'm very grateful to be able to get a peek at the career.  I hope some of the pilot bios I wrote managed to make their way into the game.  I must have put 100+ hours into those.

Yes, I can see that already in my BoM Carreer!

Even a crashing plane looks better (more details happen); the landscape appears wider and more worked out.

They only forgot to upgrade my flying and shooting abilities...!

I preferred the old style for career mode. This new one is totally confusing. In addition, the maps are too small, with no way to zoom in, and therefore, the markers are very hard to find. Sorry for being redundant, but I am having a hard time with the new mode. Please supply your paying customers with a magnifying glass. Thank you.

Set ui scaling to more than 100%

unfortunately, FPS is not the highest because of the weak graphics card

I am 65, and need to use a magnifying glass to read anything here. LOL

 

I came back to state: It will not allow me to change the UI settings.

When I click on the UI settings, the drop down box goes all black.

So, I have to stay at 100%

 Strange.

This new option is in graphics settings ,I use 125% because with my monitor native 3440x1440 resolution all characters were to small for me . BTW you can edit this option manually just open game config file with notepad.

Thank you both for your response however, I cannot use 125%. When I click on the drop-down window, the additional options are grayed out.
