BoK3001/career, how to custom screenshot of the pilot ?

SO HAPPY BoK is out ! :D <3

i want to start career mode, but is it possible to custom photos of the pilot and to put one of mine instead of basic ones ?

i remember i did in il2 1946 already years ago, but after have searched in BoK folders on my pc, seems a bit less obvious than i thought to find where these screenshots (of default ww2 pilots for career mode) are located...

 

can u help me and write me the path plz ? (if its possible ofc... but i assume yes ?)
